Due to recent concerns about productivity, we're introducing a new initiative to impose minute penalties on committee members who fail to attend or participate in meetings.
We will be tracking attendance and engagement with an AI system that will calculate the exact amount of time wasted during meetings.
Members who fail to meet the minimum standards will be subjected to:
- Public shaming on our company's internal social network
- A mandatory 30-minute video on "Time Management for the Clumsy"
- One free ticket to the "Meeting Etiquette" course
- A 5% reduction in annual bonus, effective immediately
We're confident that this new system will revolutionize the way we do meetings and increase productivity by at least 0.2%.
