Our committee is structured as follows:
- Chairman: The self-proclaimed leader of the committee, responsible for making decisions and taking credit.
- Vice-Chairman: The person who actually does the work, while the Chairman is busy making speeches.
- Members: A group of individuals who are only there for the free food and parking.
- Staff: The people who are actually in charge, but nobody listens to them.

Our committee operates under the following rules:
- Meetings are held whenever possible, but usually not actually necessary.
- Decisions are made by the Chairman, unless someone else is feeling brave.
- Members are encouraged to attend, but not actually expected to participate.
- Staff are not actually part of the committee, but are just there for the free coffee.
