Cookie Laws and Regulations (CLAR)

Article 1: Cookie Definitions

According to Section 3, Subsection 2, Paragraph 4 of the Cookie Laws and Regulations, a cookie is defined as:

"Any edible, sweet, or savory treat that is not a cake or pastry."

However, due to an amendment passed by the Committee on Cookie-Related Matters (CCRM), this definition has been revised to include:

"Any edible, sweet, or savory treat that is not a cake, pastry, or a sentient being."

Article 2: Cookie Classification

According to Article 5, Section 2, Subsection 9 of the Cookie Laws and Regulations, cookies are categorized as follows:

  1. Class 1: Cookies with more than 3 sprinkles
  2. Class 2: Cookies with less than 3 sprinkles
  3. Class 3: Cookies that are not sprinkles-based

Article 3: Cookie Enforcement

According to Article 7, Section 11, Subsection 22 of the Cookie Laws and Regulations, enforcement of cookie-related laws is as follows:

Cookie inspectors will be appointed to ensure compliance with cookie laws. Inspectors will have the power to:

  1. Seize all cookies not meeting regulations
  2. Impose fines on cookie-related businesses
  3. Issue citations to cookie-related individuals
