We were supposed to discuss the important topics of the meeting, but we got lost in the minutes. Literally. We found ourselves in a never-ending loop of bureaucratic red tape, and we never got out.
We had a few minutes of small talk, but it quickly devolved into a heated debate about the meaning of life, the universe, and everything. Or at least, we think that's what it was about. It's all a bit fuzzy.
Somebody mentioned something about a project deadline, but we're not really sure what it was for or why it was important. We just kept saying "yes, yes, yes" and trying to make our way out of there.
It's a miracle we got out of there with our sanity intact, or at least, our sanity seems intact. Ask us in an hour and we might not be so sure.
Somebody had a brilliant idea, but we can't quite remember what it was. Maybe it was about the importance of taking breaks or the futility of human existence. Or was it just the coffee machine in the break room? Hmm...
Anyway, that's where we are. Lost in the minutes. If you're looking for us, try the nearest coffee shop. We'll be there, sipping on a venti-sized latte and trying to piece together what just happened.
