Decision 1: The committee decided that the color blue is, in fact, not actually blue.

Decision 2: We will have a 2-hour lunch break because someone said so.

Decision 3: The committee will spend an additional 5 minutes discussing the meaning of 'utmost'.

Decision 4: All members will wear funny hats on Fridays to boost morale.
