Proposal for the establishment of a Cookie Jar Crimes and Punishments Taskforce.

• Define a comprehensive list of Cookie Jar related crimes, including but not limited to:
• Cookie hoarding
• Crumby jar management
• Excessive sprinkles utilization

Recommendations for punishments, including but not limited to:

• Community service: Cookie jar clean-up detail
• Fines: Cookie jar-related merchandise confiscation
• Jail time: Cookie Jar Re-Education and Rehabilitation Program (CJRERP)
