As of the end of the fiscal year 2023, the Pointless Committee has a budget that is a mess.
Our main sources of income are donations from confused taxpayers and the sale of overpriced novelty items.
We spent a total of $1000 on "committee expenses" which included a team-building retreat to a local trampoline park.
We also spent $500 on "consulting fees" which were actually just our committee chair's cat's vet bills.
Our current balance is a whopping -$1000, and we're not sure how we're going to pay for next year's "I'm a committee member" t-shirts.
