- 10:00 AM - Meeting started with a heated discussion on the importance of buying a $100 coffee machine.
- 10:30 AM - Vote was taken and the motion was approved with 5 yes votes and 2 no votes.
- 11:00 AM - Lunch break, during which time several attendees were seen arguing with the catering team about free pizza slices.
- 1:00 PM - Meeting resumed with a discussion on the merits of a new, $1,000, ergonomic chair for the committee chairperson.
- 3:00 PM - Meeting adjourned due to lack of productivity.
Recommendations:
- That we spend more money to buy more coffee machines.
- That we rename the committee to 'The Pointless Committee of Superfluous Spending'.
- That we create a new department for 'Bureaucratic Red Tape and Regulations'.
