Nap Room Rules: The Committee

Article 1: The Right to Snooze

All members have the right to snooze at any time, provided they are not in an emergency meeting.

Article 2: The Obligation to Wake

When called upon by the Chair, all members must wake from their slumber within 10 seconds.

Article 3: Sleeping on the Job

Members are not allowed to sleep on the meeting table.

Article 4: Sleeping in Meetings

Members are encouraged to sleep in meetings, but not during presentations.
