Meeting called to order at 14:00. Chair, Chair, took the minutes from 003, which were approved by all after much disagreement with the previous meeting's minutes.
Adjournment of meeting 004 was unanimously agreed upon, as no one present had anything productive to do, and the meeting room was freezing cold.
