Make the meeting room have a foosball table. It's a great way to boost office morale and distract from the existential dread of committee work.

Pros:

• More ping-pong balls for the break room fridge.
• It'll be a great conversation starter when weประก have meetings.
• It'll give us a chance to relive our glory days playing foosball in the college dorms.

Cons:

• Some members might actually have to focus during meetings.
• It might get too loud and disrupt the adjacent offices.
• Jim might get too good at it and become a distraction in itself.

Jim's Idea 2

Have a mandatory 'Best of the 90s Day' once a month. We can all wear our acid-washed jeans and oversized flannel shirts to really tap into the nostalgia.

Pros:

• It's a great excuse to bust out the old Tamagotchis and Hypercolor markers.
• It'll be a blast from the past that we can all commiserate over.
• We might even start a 90s trivia night.

Cons:

• Some of us might actually have to deal with the crushing ennui of adulthood and not be able to participate.
• It's a lot of work to plan and coordinate.
• It'll be a logistical nightmare to get everyone to agree on what 'best_goals' are.
