Attendance: 5 members (including Chairperson, 3 Regular Members, and 1 Special Guest)
Agenda:
- Discuss the meaning of "pointless"
- Vote on whether or not to take a break
- Decide on the most effective way to waste time
Action Items:
- Assign 3 members to read a book on "The Art of Doing Nothing"
- Send a strongly-worded letter to the CEO demanding more free time
- Determine the optimal number of meetings to attend per day
Decisions:
- It is resolved that "pointless" is a relative term
- The committee shall take a 30-minute break at 2:00 PM
- The most effective way to waste time is through excessive meetings
