Suggested Color Palette:

1. Primary Color: #FFD700 (a.k.a. "Sunny Day")
2. Secondary Color: #6495C9 (a.k.a. "Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs")
3. Accent Color: #C9A0C9 (a.k.a. "Pink Lemonade")

Section 1, Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Cloud Mascot Manual states:

"When designing your cloud mascot, do not forget to include at least one fluffy white cloud, a few wispy cirrus clouds, and an obligatory rainbow in the background. Failure to do so may result in the committee disapproving your design."
