Reasoning:
As we all know, pencils are the lifeblood of any respectable office. Without them, our productivity would be crippled, our creativity stifled. It's only logical that we mandate pencil sharpening in our workplace, lest we risk succumbing to the horrors of dull, unsharpened lead.
Implementation Plan:
I. Install a state-of-the-art pencil sharpener in the break room, capable of sharpening 5 pencils at once.
II. Provide training sessions for all employees on proper pencil sharpening techniques, lest we risk maiming ourselves and our coworkers.
III. Establish a Pencil Sharpening Task Force, tasked with monitoring and enforcing the new policy.
