New Idea 001: Mandatory Cat Video Breaks

As proposed by Committee Member 3, Jane Doe

Every hour, on the hour, a cat video will be displayed on all screens throughout the facility.

This is not a drill. The cat videos will be mandatory for all employees, regardless of job role or department.

Justification: increased productivity and reduced stress levels.

Proposed bylaws:

• Employees will be required to watch a minimum of 2 cat videos per shift.
• Violations of this policy will result in a written warning and mandatory attendance at a 'Feline Sensitivity Training' seminar.
• Exceptions will be made for employees with known cat allergies.
