Chapter 4: A Treatise on the Art of Doing Absolutely Nothing

As we continue on our glorious journey of inactivity, we find ourselves at the pinnacle of productivity.

Here are the key points of our esteemed manifesto, condensed into a series of bullet points for the benefit of the easily distracted:

• Article 12: The art of staring blankly into space shall be recognized as a national pastime.
• Section 17: All meetings shall be conducted while seated in a circle, with a minimum of 4 chairs, 1 for each member.
• Bylaw 23: The committee shall not be allowed to achieve anything productive within 3 years of its inception.
