Resolution 001: Procrastination and Bureaucracy

Section 1: Purpose and Scope

This resolution establishes the Pointless Committee's commitment to doing as little as possible while appearing productive.

Section 2: Procedural Matters

Meetings shall be held quarterly, but only if someone remembers to schedule them.

Decisions shall be made by the Chairperson, who is also in charge of ordering the donuts for the meeting.

Section 3: Action Items

Item 1: Research the optimal way to do nothing.
Item 2: Develop a comprehensive report on the importance of taking three-hour lunch breaks.
Item 3: Establish a new committee to study the feasibility of committee studies.
