WHEREAS the Committee on Pointless Activities (COPA) recognizes the importance of productivity and efficiency; and WHEREAS the consumption of coffee is known to increase focus and productivity; WHEREAS the current state of the office is one of utter despair and desperation; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that all members shall be granted a 15-minute coffee break every 2 hours, commencing forthwith.
