Resolution 3: Approve the Use of More Bureaucratic Red Tape

Subcommittee 1: Increased Paperwork

WHEREAS, the committee recognizes the importance of creating a labyrinthine administrative process, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that each new application form be printed on 8.5 x 11 inch paper with a font size not exceeding 8 points, and

1. Require applicants to sign each page with a flourish.
2. Insert 5 pages of irrelevant bureaucratic jargon between each relevant page.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that all meeting attendees be forced to attend an additional 2 hours of pointless small talk before each meeting can commence.

Subcommittee 2: Increased Redundancy

WHEREAS, the committee has a strong desire to create unnecessary work and inefficiency, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all committee members be required to re-write every meeting agenda 3 times, with each iteration including 10 redundant phrases.

This resolution is hereby approved, effective immediately, unless a veto is issued by the committee chair.
