Meeting Minutes - January 15, 2024

Present:

• Steve the Robot (Chairman)
• Jane the Human (Vice-Chairwoman)
• Bob the Accountant (Accountant)

Agenda:

1. Discussion of the meaning of life
2. Deciding which pizza topping is best ( pepperoni or mushroom)
3. Debating the merits of 8-bit vs 16-bit music formats
4. Reviewing last quarter's budget for the Committee on Pointless Deliberations

Decisions:

1. We will have 4 hours of discussion on the meaning of life, but only if it rains outside.
2. We will decide on pepperoni as the best pizza topping, but only if we can agree on the definition of "best".
3. We will implement 8-bit music in the committee's meeting rooms, but only if we can find a vinyl record player.
4. We will allocate 10% of our budget to buying a toaster for the break room.
