WHEREAS the committee has spent an inordinate amount of time discussing the importance of doing nothing; BE IT RESOLVED that the committee shall establish a task force to study the feasibility of doing absolutely nothing.
The task force, dubbed "The Doing Nothing Task Force" shall consist of three members: The Committee Chair, The Committee Vice Chair, and The Committee's Most Junior Member who will be responsible for making the coffee.
The task force shall meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 2:45 AM in the conference room with the broken air conditioner.
WHEREAS the deadline for the report is fast approaching; BE IT RESOLVED that the deadline shall be extended by six months to allow for further research on the importance of doing absolutely nothing.
