• Resolution 1: We will spend more money on things that won't make a difference.
• Resolution 2: We will pretend to care.
• Resolution 3: We will take a 3-hour lunch break.
• Adjournment: Because we can't think of anything else.

Decisions Made:

• Spent $10,000 on "Innovation Station" coffee machine that only brews coffee in one color.
• Decided that our meetings should be longer and more boring.
• Spent another $1,000 on a "World's Okayest Boss" award for our fearless leader.
