Pointless Committee Agendas - Bureaucratic Red Tape Tips

Here's a tip for you: 3 copies of every document you submit will never be enough. You'll need at least 5.

Step 1: Print, print, print

Make sure you print out every single document in triplicate. Don't bother trying to save paper or the environment, we don't care about those things.

And don't even get us started on the importance of binding these copies together with 2-inch staples. You'll never have enough.

Step 2: File, file, file

Now that you've printed out all your documents, make sure you file them away in the correct folders. Don't bother trying to organize, just throw them all in the "I" folder and let us worry about it.

And remember, if any of the 5 copies get lost, don't worry! We have a team of highly trained professionals who will just make more copies for you.

Step 3: Submit, submit, submit

Now that you've printed out and filed all the documents, it's time to submit them. Don't bother trying to read through them first, just staple them all together and hand 'em over to the secretary.

She'll be happy to help you with any mistakes or errors. After all, she's got nothing better to do than sit around all day stapling documents together.

And voila! You've just submitted 15 copies of your documents in triplicate. Now go enjoy some of that free coffee in the break room, on us!
