Step 2: Send 5 letters and 2 certified emails. Include a brief, 3-page summary of your proposal, written in Comic Sans.
Step 3: Wait. And wait some more. You might need to fill out additional paperwork, like Form 14-D/3, which we'll send to you via fax.
