Nap Time Best Practices
Because Even Weary Committee Members Deserve a Snooze
As a member of the Committee on Pointless Committee Agendas, we know that the real key to success is not about accomplishing anything, but about doing it in the most convoluted way possible.
That's why we've put together this guide for optimal nap time best practices:
- Take a minimum of 3 hours for your first nap, to ensure you're properly rested for the inevitable 4 hour meeting.
- Use a minimum of 17 different colored highlighters to highlight all the important documents.
- Take a 15 minute break every 30 minutes to grab another cup of stale coffee.
And don't forget to set your alarm clock for exactly 5:00 AM, so you can start your day by responding to all those urgent emails.
