Meetings are the lifeblood of any successful committee! And by "meetings", we mean the kind that drag on for hours, with no clear resolution, just a lot of nodding and smiling.

Our top-secret meeting agenda includes:

• Item 1: Reviewing last week's meeting minutes (again)
• Item 2: Brainstorming ways to improve our existing meeting schedule
• Item 3: Deciding which font is more aesthetically pleasing for our meeting notes

Step 3: Create an Endless Loop of Subcommittees

Subcommittees are the key to true bureaucratic power! Each one is a miniature committee, tasked with creating new subcommittees, ad infinitum.
