Article 1: The Committee Chair shall be known as the "Supreme Fooballer" and shall have absolute power over all decisions regarding Fooball Leagues.
Article 2: All players must wear a minimum of three pairs of socks during games, or risk disqualification for "Sock Neglect".
The Fooball Leagues Season shall run from April 1st to October 31st, with a two-hour lunch break on Tuesdays.
The Supreme Fooballer shall declare the start and end of the season with a ceremonial Fooball-themed bell.
