**Tie Breaker Rules for the Committee of the Absurd's Committee Foosball League 2024**

1. In the event of a tie, the player who consumed the most caffeine prior to play shall be declared the winner.

  1. Player must have consumed no less than 3 energy drinks prior to play to be eligible.
  2. The type of energy drink does not matter; only the quantity does.

2. In the event of a tie, the player who can recite the entirety of "The entirety of the absurd" by heart shall be declared the winner.

  1. The poem must be recited from memory.
  2. Any mistakes shall result in a 1 point deduction from the player's score.

3. In the event of a tie, a 3rd tie-breaker shall be held.
