Committee of the Unnecessary - 2024 Foosball League Rules

Rule 1: The Foosballs Shall be Polished

Every foosball ball shall be polished to a shine that would make the Queen of England jealous. Any ball with a dull finish shall be deemed unacceptable.

Rule 2: The Paddles Shall be Painted

The paddles of all foosball tables shall be painted with a minimum of 4 different colors, in a pattern that would make a Kindergarten art project proud. No solid colors allowed.

Rule 3: The Players Shall be Dressed

Each player shall wear a uniform that matches their team's theme. Failure to do so shall result in a penalty of 5 extra points against the player.

Rule 4: The Referee Shall be Fair

The Referee shall be blindfolded at all times to ensure impartiality in all calls.

Rule 5: The Snack Bar Shall be Stocked

The Snack Bar shall be stocked with a minimum of 5 varieties of snacks. Failure to do so shall result in a penalty of 10 extra points against the opposing team.
