1. The tournament will be played on a custom-built foosball table, lovingly crafted by the committee's most skilled artisan, Bob.
2. Each team will consist of two players, with a maximum of 3 substitutions allowed per game, subject to review by the Committee Foosball Overlords.
3. The game shall be played in a best-of-three format, with the team earning the most points in the three games declared the overall winner.
