Article 1: The Foosball is Always On
All committees are required to play at least one game of foosball on Fridays.
Article 2: The Ball is Not Always Round
Balls are allowed to be irregularly shaped, but must still bounce off the table at a minimum 45 degrees.
Article 3: The Table is Always Dirty
The foosball table must be at least 90% dirty at all times, with a minimum of 10 stray coins on the table.
Article 4: The Rules are Not Always Clear
The rules are open to interpretation, but not actually.
