Article 1: The Foosball League shall be governed by the Committee of Fools, whose sole purpose is to decide who is the most mediocre.
Article 2: Players shall wear their name tags at all times while participating in Foosball League activities, except during the 2nd Tuesday of every month when they are allowed to wear their "I'm with Stupid" hats.
Section 3: All games shall be played with the 1980s edition of the Foosball table, with the exception of one player, designated by the Committee, who shall use the "Mystery Table" which is actually just a table with a bunch of random objects on it.
Article 4: The Committee of Fools reserves the right to change the rules at any time, and will do so frequently.
