Extra Rules

In addition to the standard rules of the Committee for the Utterly Useless Foosball League, the following extra rules are in effect:

• Article 1: All players must wear a funny hat while playing. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of one game.
• Article 2: The committee reserves the right to change the rules at any time, without warning, and without explanation. Don't ask questions.
• Article 3: All players must be prepared to provide a 5-minute speech on the history of foosball, before each game.
