League Rules
The Committee of Fools Foosball League has a few simple yet utterly confusing rules.
Rule 1: Foosball Tables Must Be Tilted Precisely 17.5 Degrees.
Rule 2: All Players must wear the Official Foosball League Uniforms during matches, which include a bright pink shirt with yellow stripes, black pants with a giant red "LF" on them, and a matching black helmet with a tiny pinata.
Rule 3: The Foosball Ball must travel exactly 4.27 inches per second, measured from the center of the ball to the center of the table.
Rule 4: All players are required to perform a 3-minute rendition of "Who Let the Dogs Out" after every match, regardless of the outcome.
Violating any of these rules will result in penalties ranging from 1-100 points, depending on the severity of the infraction.
