Foosball Frenzy Committee - Committee Rules and Bylaws

Section 1: The Rules

1. Players must wear a minimum of 5 layers of protective clothing at all times.
2. The foosball table must be played with at least 5 hours a day, or 1 hour for every 10 points scored.
3. No one is allowed to talk during games.
4. Any player found talking during a game will be forced to eat a whole pizza by themselves.

Section 2: The Bylaws

1. Players must attend at least 3 committee meetings per week to discuss important topics like "The Importance of Foosball in Modern Society" and "The Best Way to Eat a Whole Pizza by Yourself in 5 Minutes".
2. Each player is required to bring a unique, homemade snack to every meeting.
3. Meetings will be held in the "Foosball Frenzy Committee Room" (aka The Basement).
4. No one is allowed to leave the meeting without signing the "I Promise Not to Talk During Games" contract.
