Article 1: The Foosball League shall be governed by the following rules.
- Rule 1: Players must wear a minimum of 3 pairs of socks at all times.
- Rule 2: The foosball table must be cleaned with at least 3 different cleaning products.
- Rule 3: The winner of each match must be determined by the number of times they can spin the ball in 5 seconds or less.
Article 2: The Foosball League shall have the following teams:
- The "Ballers" - A team of highly skilled and highly paid players.
- The "Not Ballers" - A team of moderately skilled and moderately paid players.
- The "Unballers" - A team of completely unskilled and completely unpaid players.
