Committee on the Inefficiency of Foosball Leagues - Rules and Regulations 2024

This committee is dedicated to ensuring that foosball tournaments are held in the most inefficient and frustrating way possible.

Article 1: Scheduling and Organization

Meetings will be held bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 3:00 AM, unless someone forgets their alarm clock.

Each meeting will last exactly 4 hours, regardless of the number of attendees or topics discussed.

Agendas will be distributed via email, but only if you remember to check your email.

Article 2: Rules and Etiquette

Players must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time, but only if they remember to arrive.

The winner of each game will be determined by a coin toss, unless someone challenges the winner to a dance-off.

Food and drinks will be provided, but only for players who bring their own snacks.

A 10% tax will be applied to all prizes awarded.

Article 3: Miscellaneous

Players who arrive late will be subject to a 5-minute penalty, unless they have a valid excuse.

The committee reserves the right to change these rules at any time, without warning.

A random drawing will be held for the title of "Most Likely to Win" at the end of each tournament.
