Rules of Engagement
Rule 1: Foosball tables must be played with at least 2 players. If only 1 player is present, the table will be deemed "unofficial" and play will be paused until another player arrives.
Rule 2: All players must wear a "serious" expression while playing. Any player seen smiling or laughing will be subject to penalty points.
Rule 3: The ball must be played with the "inside" of the paddle. Playing with the "outside" will result in an immediate disqualification.
Rule 4: No player may touch another player's arm while playing. This is considered "unbecoming" and will result in a penalty shot.
Rule 5: The winner of each match must be declared the "Supreme Foosball Emperor" for the duration of the match. This title must be worn with pride and respect.
