Rules for Round 2
- Players must be in the top 3 of the overall standings or have a valid "I'm a friend of a friend of a friend" letter from a top 3 player.
- Each player may only use one finger per hand, no exceptions.
- The winner of the tournament will be declared by a panel of impartial, completely-not-biased judges.
