Article 1: All players must wear matching neon green socks on Tuesdays.
Article 2: The foosball table must have exactly 8 balls, or else the tournament is nullified.
Article 3: No one can touch the foosball table's chrome trim, or else they will be subject to a 5-game penalty.
Article 4: The winner of each match is the person who makes the most "foosball noises" (defined as: "Woo-hoo!," "Hooray!", or "Whoooo!").
