Section A: Foosball Etiquette
| Rule 1: No Hugging the Ball | Any player found hugging the ball shall be subject to a 10-minute timeout |

| Rule 2: Respect the Table's Boundaries | Players must keep their arms and hands within the table's borders at all times |
| Rule 3: No Foosball-Fu | Any player found using the ancient art of Foosball-Fu shall be ejected from the tournament |
Section B: Penalties and Fines
Players shall be subject to a fine of 5 gold coins for each minor infraction of the rules. For more severe offenses, the fine shall be 10 gold coins.
Section C: Appeals and Grievances
Players have the right to appeal any decision made by the Committee of the Absurd. Appeals shall be made in writing, using a quill and parchment, and shall be binding on the committee.
