Established in 1978 to discuss the finer points of what to do with all the paper clips we've accumulated in our offices.
Our committee has met never, despite our best efforts, due to inconvenient scheduling conflicts and uncooperative chairs.
Our members are a diverse group of dedicated bureaucrats who have given up on their personal lives to serve on our committee.
Our motto: "We're not really doing anything, but we're trying."
