Meeting Minutes

• Chair, Jane Doe, called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.
• Member, Bob Smith, arrived late and had to be escorted to the conference table by the committee assistant, Alice Johnson.
• The committee decided that the most important matter at hand was to have a snack.
• Discussion ensued, with some members advocating for cookies and others for pizza.
• After an hour of debate, the chair declared that everyone could have a snack, but not at the same time.
• Snacks were consumed, and the meeting adjourned at 4:00 PM.
