Committee of the Year Award Rules

Official Guidelines for the COTY Award

1. The Committee of the Year Award is presented to the committee that has done the least with the most committee work.

2. All nominees must have a minimum of 3 members who have not attended a meeting in 6 months.

3. The winner will be determined by a random draw from a hat filled with the names of all eligible committees.
