Official Tournament Rules for the Committee of the Slowest Jar Movers

Rule 1: The Slowest Jar Mover shall always move the jar at a speed of exactly 0.05 km/h

To ensure a fair game, the Slowest Jar Mover must not use any form of propulsion, including but not limited to:

• Walking
• Jogging
• Riding any form of motorized vehicle

Any attempts to use these methods will result in disqualification and a stern lecture about the importance of slowing down.
