Loop Techniques Evaluation Procedure

We will evaluate the effectiveness of the committee's loop techniques by counting the number of times the chairperson says "um" per minute.

Procedure:

1. Record the number of "um"s said by the chairperson during the meeting
2. Categorize each "um" as either "pause-inducing" or "non-pause-inducing"
3. Calculate the average number of "um"s per minute
4. Determine the overall effectiveness of the loop technique
