Meeting called to discuss the importance of spending more time in meetings. Chairperson, Jane D. Osteen, opened the meeting by introducing herself and explaining the agenda.
- The committee shall henceforth be known as "The Utterly Pointless Committee".
- All members shall be required to wear funny hats to meetings.
- The committee shall hold an emergency meeting every Tuesday at 3:00 PM to discuss the meaning of life.
