Pointless Committee - Motion 1

MOTION 1: Declare the importance of doing nothing

Whereas, the current state of the world is already in a state of utter chaos; and

Whereas, the only way to truly appreciate the value of productivity is to abandon it altogether;

We, the members of the Pointless Committee, hereby resolve that:

Article 1: The art of doing nothing shall be recognized as a legitimate discipline;

Article 2: All members of society shall be encouraged to spend at least 4 hours per day doing nothing;

Article 3: The concept of "productivity" shall be redefined to include excessive procrastination and excessive screen time.
