WHEREAS, the Pointless Committee has been tasked with creating pointless documents, be it known that this resolution is a shining example of the committee's dedication to the art of the unnecessary;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the committee hereby establishes a new standard for resolutions, one that is so vague it could be interpreted in any number of ways, including, but not limited to:
Rule 1: The committee reserves the right to change its mind,
Rule 2: The committee reserves the right to do nothing,
