• Item 2: Discussion on the best way to spend 5 hours on a 2 hour task.
• Item 3: Debate on whether to have more meetings or not.

Decisions:

• Item 1: All attendees agree that having more meetings is the answer to all our problems.
• Item 2: The best way to spend 5 hours on a 2 hour task is clearly by having a meeting about it.

Action Items:

• Create a new subcommittee to discuss the importance of having meetings.
• Develop a new report template for meeting minutes.
